Captains and Players please be aware, that during the first two weeks of play, we may be having some difficulty with the schedule. Could be any number of reasons. We are doing everything we can at the office to remedy the situation, quickly and hopefully pain free. What MANY of you fail to understand is that teams often call the office to drop during the first week of play after the schedule is already completed. The office tries to have as few byes on the schedule as possible, so if a team dropping creates a bye, often a team from another division that also has a bye will be moved over ... thus creating the need for the makeup week.

The software system prints out the "is your team returning to play next session" during the last 4 weeks of a session. The software will print the question until your team has answered the question, once we click the "question answered" box in the software, the questions stops printing on your scoresheet.

Team may answer YES NO MAYBE, regardless of the answer, the team gets the End of Session Bonus Points by giving us an answer, any answer.

A player must play a match to get credit for a match played. In a bye, nobody plays, so nobody gets credit for matches played. A forfeit will also not count as a match played even if your player is written on the score sheet as the winner of the forfeited match. It is important to try to get the required matches in as early as possible to prevent this.

I think your only hope would be to encourage your upcoming opponents to allow you to recycle your player once resulting in two matches played for your player. Just remember that recycling any one player more than once is not allowed in any given night.]]>
