Where? Big Heads Town and Country (489 East County Line Rd, Hatboro, PA 19040)
How much? $60 pre-paid (to APA office or Greg Maddox), $65 at the door.
How do I sign up? Please contact Rob at the APA office via phone (215 675 3794) or me via email (gmadd13@gmail.com). If you do not register, there is a chance your team will not be able to play, so please register ahead of time.

RULES FOR PLAYING IN A SCOTCH DOUBLES EVENT:

• Must have 20 8-Ball matches played lifetime
• Must be on an active 8-Ball roster
• Maximum combined handicap of 10
• Format will be MODIFIED SINGLE ELIMINATION, meaning you are guaranteed to play at least twice (not counting any BYEs)

At the singles board, there were a LOT of requests for Scotch qualifier, so I'm running it at soon as I can. Please register as early as possible ... calling me Saturday morning and asking "Hey, can I play" will likely result in me saying "No" if I already have 16 teams registered.

Also, the manner in which it is stated is important. If you say, "Excuse me, are those married?", normally that isn't an issue, and the shooter will pause to check.
If you say "HEY WAIT ARE THOSE TOUCHING YOU CAN'T SHOOT AT THAT", you will likely experience a bit of friction from the opposing shooter and/or team.

Yes, I believe you have the right to stop the shooter, but common courtesy dictates that you don't do it right as they are about to take the shot. A proactive approach normally will avoid the issue.

He partied with "all the right faces in all the right places." Married an actress, Princess Nai Tai. May have helped teach Mosconi, and ran a successful farm in Maryland.

He died in Philadelphia in 1950.

If you have to login every day it's likely something with your PC. There is a check box to remember you below the login boxes. If that is checked it sets a cookie on your PC and you won't have to login for 30 days.

Either you're unchecking that box OR you're PC is set up to clear cookies when the browser closes OR you're manually clearing cookies at the end of the session.

I can't say for sure which one of these it is, or if it's possibly something else, but it's PC related and not the website.

It looks like they have a class for SL4's and lower to compete at Vegas. Is there anything in our area set-up the same? Or must I play handicapped against SL5's or 6's and up?
